SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment days are on Mondays & Thursday's.
ALL orders take 3 to 5 business days to be processed. (Weekends and holidays are NOT included)
All items are shipped via USPS priority mail. We do NOT offer express or overnight shipping.
Once orders are processed and you have received your tracking number via email PLEASE allow 24-48hrs for USPS to scan your package in. For updates on your package/tracking you will need to contact USPS customer service. We are NOT responsible for any delays.
Faithful Beauty isn’t responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items/packages.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service.
Please make sure your address is correct and updated! EXAMPLE: If you live in an apartment complex you MUST include your apartment number to make sure you receive your order.
We are NOT responsible for mistakes on addresses.
If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 3 p.m. EST on a Friday, or on a Saturday/Sunday, it will be shipped on our shipment days the upcoming week. ALL orders take 3-5 business days to process, pack and ship.
As of now we do not ship internationally

NO returns or exchanges. All sales final from Faithful Beauty.
Once an order is placed we do NOT cancel orders.
Please make sure you are using the correct payment method for your order.
Make sure you are checking with the correct sizes and items.
