SHIPPING POLICY

  • Shipment days are on Mondays & Thursday's.

  • ALL orders take 3 to 5 business days to be processed. (Weekends and holidays are NOT included)

  • All items are shipped via USPS priority mail. We do NOT offer express or overnight shipping.

  • Once orders are processed and you have received your tracking number via email PLEASE allow 24-48hrs for USPS to scan your package in. For updates on your package/tracking you will need to contact USPS customer service. We are NOT responsible for any delays.

  • Faithful Beauty isn’t responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items/packages.

  • If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service.

  • Please make sure your address is correct and updated! EXAMPLE: If you live in an apartment complex you MUST include your apartment number to make sure you receive your order.

  • We are NOT responsible for mistakes on addresses.

  • If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 3 p.m. EST on a Friday, or on a Saturday/Sunday, it will be shipped on our shipment days the upcoming week. ALL orders take 3-5 business days to process, pack and ship.

  • As of now we do not ship internationally

RETURN POLICY

  • NO returns or exchanges. All sales final from Faithful Beauty.

  • Once an order is placed we do NOT cancel orders.

  • Please make sure you are using the correct payment method for your order.

  • Make sure you are checking with the correct sizes and items.

  • ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE, NO REFUNDS
